Delivery Information – UK

Black Man’s Beard offer FREE standard UK delivery on all UK orders. 

All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri dispatched same day.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 (2nd class).

Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days.

 

Royal Mail 24

All UK orders over the value of £50 are eligible for FREE Royal Mail 24 (1st class)

You can upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 24 for £3.50.

Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel within 1 – 2 working days.

 

Royal Mail Tracked and Signed:

All UK orders can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for £4.45.

Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel within 1 – 2 working days.

 

Royal Mail Next Working Day

All UK orders over the value of £100 are eligible for FREE next working day delivery.

You can upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Next Working Day for £7.00

Royal Mail guarantee to deliver by 1pm the next working day.

International Delivery

All orders to be delivered outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail, International Tracked and Signed for service.

All International deliveries are charged at £15.00.

Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel within 7 – 10 working days.

Further Delivery Information

Please note, Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail 24 are a non-trackable service and Black Man’s Beard takes no responsibility should your parcel not arrive. As mentioned above, we offer a tracked service for an extra fee.

Should your parcel not arrive, please do contact us blackmansbeard@mail.com with your order number and contact details and we will provide relevant proof of postage and will assist where possible to locate your parcel.

Most deliveries will not fit through a standard letter box. 

 

RETURNS

CONTACT US

Request a returns number from us within 30 days of receiving your order, This can be arranged by raising a return against your order from within your online account.

POST YOUR RETURN

Once you’ve received your returns number you have another 14 days to return your items to us. We must receive return items within 28 days of the initial delivery date. Please make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested. Please ensure you keep a receipt as proof of sending. We will be happy to help with any questions on sending your item(s) to us. If you are returning your item(s) due to receiving an incorrect item, or there is a fault with the item, we will refund all delivery costs to you.

WE’LL DO THE REST

Once we’ve processed your return you will receive a confirmation email from us, and all successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
